PARBOILED RICE
INGREDIENTS
- 250g parboiled rice
- 1 Small onion (80g)
- 500ml Water
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (40g)
- 1 bay leaf (1 gr)
- 4g Salt

METHOD
Brown the onion with the bay leaf in some olive oil. Add rice and toast it for a minute.
Add boiling water. Salt, cover and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove and serve immediately.
If the rice too sticky, rinse it and let it rest and cool over a large surface area.
Heat in a hot oven or non-stick frying pan with a little oil.
