TURMERIC AND GINGER INFUSION
- 50 cl Water
- 10g Turmeric
- 5g Ginger
- 1 teaspoon organic honey
- 1 Mint rag
- Energy value: ca. 15 kcal
- Characteristics: the presence of ginger helps to combat the sense of nausea; Turmeric and ginger also have anti-inflammatory properties, facilitate digestion and stimulate the immune system.
- Ideal as: hot drink to be consumed at any time of the day
- Indicated in case of nausea and vomiting.
Heat the water up to 90 degrees Celsius.
Grate the turmeric root and ginger root. Put them in a filter.
Soak the filter in hot water and wait about 5′ to get a rich infusion. On hot days you can refrigerate the infusion and drink it fresh during the day.
Always choose roots of Italian or organic origin.
