SOYA NOODLES WITH FRESH TUNA, CAPERS AND BLACK OLIVE
INGREDIENTS
- 140g soya noodles
- 200g fresh tuna
- 50g capers
- 40g black olives
- 3 grams or 1 clove Garlic
- 20g extra virgin olive oil
- 4g Salt

METHOD
Cut the tuna into cubes and place in fridge. Chop the capers, olives, and separately, garlic.
Place noodles in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, drain and cool in water.
Cut them into pieces. Store greed with oil and cover.
Add oil to a wok pot or alternatively a non-stick pan and heat over low heat..
add the mince and tuna cubes; cook for a few seconds.
Add noodles, a little water and stir. Season with salt and garnish with some chopped parsley.
