FRUIT SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 200g pineapple
- 50g blueberries
- 200g Apple
- 200g Pear
- 50g Raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (10g)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (10 grams)
- 3g Mint
- 2g Salt

METHOD
Fruit salad with raspberry dressing!
Wash and cut fruits except raspberries.
Place fruits in a serving dish.
Place raspberries in a bowl and crush with a fork. Add the lemon juice, oil and salt.
Pour raspberry sauce over fruits and decorate with mint.
