FRUIT IN SALAD
- 200g pineapple
- 50g blueberries
- 200g Apple
- 200g Pear
- 50g Raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (10g)
- 1 tablespoon EVO oil (10 grams)
- 3g Mint
- 2g Salt

Very true: salad fruit with raspberry dressing!
Wash and cut to taste all the fruits… but not the raspberries.
Arrange the fruit in a nice serving dish.
In a bowl, crush the raspberries with a fork, combine the lemon juice, oil and salt.
With the raspberry citronette, season the salad and decorate with mint.
