CHOCOLATE PUDDING WITH COCOA LAND AND MINT
- 350g organic almond milk
- 20g organic bitter cocoa
- 40g dark chocolate
- 30g raw sugar
- 5g Agar agar powder
- 50g dried cocoa beans
- Fresh mint
- Energy value: ca. 130 kcal
- Features: The dessert provides about 2.5 mg of iron (on average the daily intake of iron is around 14 mg)
- Ideal as: sweet
- Indicated in case of: anemia iron deficiency, asthenia
In a saucepan pour the almond milk, cocoa, sugar, chopped dark chocolate and Agar Agar.
Bring to a boil over low heat, taking care to mix gently with a kitchen whisk.
The mixture for at least 2′ and no more than 3′. Leave to rest in a saucepan at least 1′.
Pour into the serving glasses and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Meanwhile, in a mortar or mixer, crumble the cocoa-dried beans until they reach a ground effect.
Only before serving cover with cocoa soil the pudding and decorate with the mint sprouts.
