INGREDIENTS

  • 350g organic almond milk
  • 20g organic bitter cocoa
  • 40g dark chocolate
  • 30g raw sugar
  • 5g Agar agar powder
  • 50g dried cocoa beans
  • Fresh mint

PREPARATION

In a saucepan pour the almond milk, cocoa, sugar, chopped dark chocolate and Agar Agar.
Bring to a boil over low heat, taking care to mix gently with a kitchen whisk.
The mixture for at least 2′ and no more than 3′. Leave to rest in a saucepan at least 1′.
Pour into the serving glasses and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Meanwhile, in a mortar or mixer, crumble the cocoa-dried beans until they reach a ground effect.
Only before serving cover with cocoa soil the pudding and decorate with the mint sprouts.
