INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon agar-agar in flakes

METHOD

Mix the apple juice with agar agar flakes. Place in a pot and boil until the algae is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and leave to cool down. It should be drunk slightly warm just before it becomes a jelly.

If you have purchased the agar -agar powder instead of flakes, you will just need a small teaspoon.
